Pianist Peter Martin may just be one of those musicians who you think you never heard of – or saw perform – but you’d likely be incorrect – especially if you have been a “We Always Swing”® Jazz Series participant. The St. Louis native has appeared here previously on at least three occasions – with vocalist Dianne Reeves, bassist Christian McBride’s Inside Straight ensemble and most recently as a member of the Newport Jazz Festival: Now 60 sextet.
